Service business first, software company second.

It's the most important sentence on this page.

Who we are

We're a small team of 2, with complementary backgrounds and a shared understanding of where service businesses lose time, money and customers every single day.

Thomas Sparegodt is Clientflow's lead developer and drives the platform's technical direction — from database design and system architecture to AI integration. Technology has always been his field; an interest that over the years has shown up in everything from hardware projects to modern software development. Alongside that, he has built and run a service business since the age of 15 — today it counts 2,000 customers and 10 employees — so he knows the industry from the inside at a level few software vendors can match. That combination — technical depth in one hand, operator insight in the other — is what defines how Clientflow gets built.

Daniel Høyrup has a background in marketing and app development, including for a Swedish player entering the Danish market. He knows both the commercial and the technical side of launching products that need to win market share. Daniel also ran an advertising agency for several years before joining Clientflow. His sharp instinct and visionary approach to building brand identity is one of the strengths we actively draw on in Clientflow today.

Together we make a perfect team — and we've worked together for years, since we all come out of Sparegodt ApS and have sat with every one of the challenges we now solve.

We don't build Clientflow from theory. We build it because we've spent years doing the route planning at 10 PM ourselves, felt first-hand what a bad invoicing process costs in cash flow, and handled the angry customer who calls at 7 in the morning.

What the market looks like today

Service businesses have historically had two options:

Enterprise solutions: custom-built, powerful, tailored — and priced like three full-time employees. Out of reach for anyone below a certain size.

Industry-generic SaaS tools: moderately priced, but locked into one vendor's idea of how a window cleaner, a plumber or a gardener ought to work. When the business outgrows the system, you have two choices: bend the business to fit the software, or switch.

Both models punish businesses for getting better.

What we build

Clientflow is a modular platform, not a monolithic product. Route optimization, invoicing, GPS fleet tracking, telephony, payroll, customer communication, lead handling, accounting integration, key management, ESG reporting — each module is built to work on its own and to play together with the rest. Company- and industry-specific solutions become reality in no time. No lock-in. No forced bundles.

It's enterprise architecture at SMB price points, and it's possible because we built the ecosystem from the ground up instead of stitching existing tools together.

AI done the right way

We rarely get asked whether Clientflow is “just another AI tool.” But it deserves a clear answer anyway — because it's a real pattern in the market right now, where products are built on an AI model instead of with one.

Clientflow is the opposite. The foundation is a real database, real business logic and real integrations — Dinero, e-conomic, Visma, Meta, Google, Apple, BBR and the Danish Climate Data Agency, to name a few.

On top of that foundation we integrate AI deeply and deliberately. Our assistant has access to the customer's entire history, can move appointments, convert leads and answer enquiries in the tone your business actually uses. It works because the data model was built for it from the start — and because we continuously assess where AI genuinely makes a difference and where it would just be a gimmick.

The result is a platform where the technology works for you, not the other way around.

What it means for you

A platform built by people who understand the service industry from the inside. Modules that grow with the business. A pricing model that doesn't require you to be a corporation. And a vendor that knows what's at stake when a customer calls at 7 in the morning.
