Frequently asked questions about KPI reporting

Which metrics are in the dashboard?
The default dashboard shows: revenue this month vs. last, new leads, quote conversion rate, active jobs, average invoice size, and revenue per crew member. You can add custom widgets on Professional and Enterprise.
Can I export reports to Excel or PDF?
Yes. Every report can be downloaded as Excel, PDF, or CSV in one click. You can also schedule automatic sending — e.g. monthly report by email on the 1st.
How fresh is the data?
The dashboard updates live — the moment an invoice is sent, a job completed, or a lead converted, it's reflected in the numbers. No 'nightly batch' or 24-hour delay.
Can I compare time periods?
Yes. Every report supports month/quarter/year comparisons as well as custom date ranges. Growth and declines are shown in both absolute numbers and percentages.
What is logged in the audit log?
Every change in the system is logged: who created a customer, who edited a price, who deleted an invoice, who corrected an address. The log can be filtered by user, date, and object type. Useful for audits and new-hire onboarding alike.
