Frequently asked questions about invoicing and accounting

Which accounting systems does invoicing integrate with?
We have direct two-way integration with e-conomic, Dinero, and Billy — the three most widely used in Denmark. Invoices, customers, and payments sync automatically. We also support Visma e-conomic for larger businesses. For other systems, CSV export works.
Can I send electronic invoices (e-invoice/EAN) to public-sector customers?
Yes. We support the NemHandel format (OIOUBL) required by Danish public-sector customers. You enter the EAN number on the customer, and the invoice is automatically sent via NemHandel instead of email.
How does MobilePay payment work?
When the invoice is sent, it automatically includes a MobilePay link. The customer taps the link, opens the MobilePay app, and pays with one tap. The money is typically on your account the same day. We support MobilePay Subscriptions for recurring customers.
What does the MobilePay integration cost?
The MobilePay integration is included with no extra charge from Clientflow. You only pay the fees MobilePay itself charges (typically 0.75-1.5% of the transaction for MobilePay Erhverv).
Can I create credit notes and partial invoices?
Yes. Credit notes are created with one click and sync automatically to the accounting system. Partial invoices can be created for large jobs (e.g. 50% on start, 50% on delivery), and each part can have its own due date.
