Reports and insights

The reports module gives you an overview of your business's key metrics — from revenue and lead conversion to team performance and complaints. Every report can be filtered by time period.

Date picker

Every report tab shares the same date picker at the top:

  • Preset periods: This week, this month, this quarter, this year
  • Custom period: Pick a precise start and end date
  • The date selection applies across every tab

Overview

The overview tab gives you a quick snapshot of your business:

FAQ: Reports

Can I export report data?
Not directly from the UI at the moment. Contact support to export specific data.
Are reports updated in real time?
Yes — report data updates continuously. But certain calculations (e.g. MRR history) update daily.
What is MRR and why does it matter?
Monthly Recurring Revenue is your predictable, stable monthly income from subscriptions. It's your most important metric for financial stability — it shows what you're "guaranteed" in revenue next month, even if no new customers come in.
Can I see data for a single team member?
Yes. The team-member table shows individual numbers. You can also use the filtering features to focus on a specific team member.
