Can I import my existing customer registry?
Yes. We import for free from Cleanmanager, Fenster, Previsto, SkvizBiz, Workmaker, Excel, e-conomic, and Dinero. You send us an export — we map fields and typically import within 1-2 business days. If you use a system we haven't seen before, we still help.
What is DAWA and why does it matter?
DAWA (Danmarks Adressers Web API) is the official Danish address registry. When you enter an address in the customer registry, it autocompletes from DAWA, so you never get typos in street names or postcodes. This is critical for route optimization and maps to work correctly.
How many customers can I have in the registry?
No upper limit on customer count in any plan. We have Danish customers with 50 active accounts (solo window cleaners) and customers with 50,000+ (large cleaning companies). Search stays fast regardless of size.
Can I attach documents and photos?
Yes. You can attach contracts, manuals, before/after photos, invoices, and other documents directly on the customer card. Files are also full-text searchable.
How is GDPR handled for customer data?
All customer data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). We sign a data processing agreement with you as standard. Customers can request export or deletion at any time — you can fulfill it with one click on the customer card.
