Is there a commitment period?
No. You can cancel at any time. No binding, no hidden fees.
Is the first user included in the base price?
No. The base price covers the plan, and every user — the first one too — is paid on top. On Starter a user costs 99 kr/mo, so Starter with one user is 298 kr/mo and with three users 496 kr/mo. All prices exclude VAT.
What do telephony and SMS cost?
SMS is billed by usage at 0.35 kr/message — no bundles or monthly caps. For full telephony (phone menu, queues, voicemail, receptions and inbound SMS), you port your number to us for 399 kr/number/mo, which includes unlimited calls, unlimited inbound SMS and unlimited receptions. You can also just send SMS from your own number without porting.
What do I get in Starter?
Customer & order management, calendar, subscriptions & recurring orders, automatic order generation, interval pricing, route optimization, day plan & mobile app, customer portal, unified inbox for customer communication, and automatic invoicing with accounting integration. Unlimited customers and subscriptions.
What's the difference between Professional and Enterprise?
Professional adds the lead module, telephony integration (two-way SMS & calls), and reports & analytics on top of Starter. Enterprise additionally adds HR module, the AI assistant with no weekly limit (Starter and Professional get 3 AI replies per week), workflow automation, GPS tracking, and priority support.
Is there a limit on customers or subscriptions?
No. All plans include unlimited customers and subscriptions.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing period.
Is onboarding free?
Yes. We help you get started for free — regardless of which plan you choose.
