Team: Internal communication and collaboration
The team module brings internal communication together in two places: the Bulletin Board (/team) for news, polls and events, and Messages (/team/messages) for direct messages and group chats.
The Bulletin Board
The Bulletin Board is your team's internal newsletter. Here you can:
- Create posts — share news, updates or customer cases with everyone
- Start a poll — get quick answers from the team without sending emails around
- Create an event — plan company meetings, lunches or outings directly in Clientflow
Tip: Use categories (General, Announcement, Celebration, Question) to sort posts so the most important content is easy to find.
Messages
Messages is an internal chat right inside Clientflow — no SMS or private apps needed.
Direct messages
Send a message to one colleague. Click + in the top corner and pick Direct message.
Group conversations
Create a group for a project, a department or a team. Click + → New group, pick the participants and give the group a name.
Conversation features
- Reactions — like or react to individual messages
- Replies (threads) — reply directly to a specific message
- Files — share photos and documents
- Voice message — record and send a voice note

Who can see the Bulletin Board?
Every active user in your organization — field workers see the Bulletin Board in the app, office staff on the desktop.
Who can see my messages?
Only the participants in the specific conversation. Direct messages are private.
Can I delete a post?
Yes — click the three dots on the post and pick "Delete post".
