We are experts in data handling, and we can quickly and securely move data from the external program you're switching from — such as Fenster, SkvizBiz or Previsto — into Clientflow. Data export and import can be complicated. That is why we are nearly the only ones in the industry who offer flexible import from virtually every competitor. We do it for free, of course.
We believe switching software should be easy. While many of our competitors definitely don't make it easy to move from or to, we work hard to make us easy to choose. That's why you can also always move away from Clientflow again without any hassle — naturally.

The program you use to run your business should work as well as possible for you. Switching to a different program should not be a cumbersome and complicated process. The program is one thing; your data and customers are another. Those, we can help you move.
How we move your data — securely and documented
We have built secure and reliable import pipelines, so we can quickly help you get up and running in Clientflow. We do this by asking you for a few exports, which we then handle securely — and only after signing our data processing agreement.
We treat your data confidentially and securely. As soon as the data is imported into Clientflow's database, the local copy used for the actual import is wiped.
When your current provider won't help
With some of our competitors, you risk that their program does not allow you to export your customers or subscribers. We see this often, which is why we are in ongoing dialogue with those companies when customers need to be imported to us.
We can send you a draft of a message you forward to Fenster (or whoever you are switching from), where we precisely list the exact types of exports we need. We recommend you put us on CC. From there we take over the rest, and together with you we agree on a date for your launch in Clientflow.
We will always recommend doing this effective from a Monday or the start of a new week.
Timeline: typically 2 weeks from decision to live
From the moment you decide to try Clientflow until your customers are ready in Clientflow, it typically takes 2 weeks or less. It comes down to your pace — we are used to working fast when needed.
We do, however, recommend allowing about 2 weeks, so you have time to get into the system and try it out. Then we get to work moving your customers — and any changes made during those 2 weeks are also corrected via one final export from the system you are switching from.
That way no changes are lost, and you get up and running in Clientflow smoothly and elegantly.
