FieldService.dk review 2026 — pros, cons and alternatives
A comparison by Clientflow of FieldService.dk: the mature, feature-rich field service system, why per-user add-on modules can make the bill hard to predict, and who should pick FieldService over Clientflow.
What is FieldService.dk?
FieldService.dk (FieldService ApS, CVR 41252464) is an established, 100% Danish-owned field service platform with 15+ years of experience and a 15-person Danish team. The platform targets companies with 5-500 technicians and is one of the more mature, feature-rich competitors we compare ourselves against.
This review is a commercial comparison by Clientflow, based solely on FieldService's own public pages (fieldservice.dk/priser, /om-fieldservice, /field-service-software).
Who is FieldService.dk built for?
FieldService fits mid-size to larger field service companies (minimum 3 users) who need advanced features like AI dispatch and IoT sensor integration, and who are comfortable with a per-user pricing model where add-on modules like customer portal, asset management and project management are purchased on top, per user.
This review is primarily for those who either 1) are a solo business or very small team and don't meet the 3-user minimum, 2) want to avoid stacking per-user add-on modules on top of the plan price to get a customer portal and similar, or 3) prefer automatic route optimization included from the cheapest plan rather than only on the pricier one.
FieldService.dk — pros
- Broad, mature feature set. Native iOS/Android app, offline functionality, GPS and real-time overview, AI dispatch, route optimization (FieldPro), digital checklists, time tracking, same-day invoicing, and IoT sensor integration.
- Broad accounting integrations. e-conomic, Uniconta, Dynamics 365 and Business Central — broader ERP coverage than most competitors in this comparison.
- Transparent plan pricing. FieldOne (335 kr/user/mo) and FieldPro (449 kr/user/mo) are both publicly priced — only Enterprise requires contact.
- 100% Danish ownership and hosting, 15+ years of experience and a Danish team.
- No commitment on monthly billing; annual payment gives a 20% discount against a 1-month notice period.
FieldService.dk — cons
- Per-user add-on modules stacked on top of the plan price. Customer portal and Asset Management each cost 89 kr/user/mo, Project management 99 kr/user/mo — all on top of the plan price and multiplied by user count. At 10 users with just the first two add-ons, that's an extra 1,780 kr/mo on top of the base price.
- Minimum 3 users. You can't start as a solo business on FieldService.
- Route optimization requires the FieldPro plan (449 kr/user/mo) — not included on the entry-level FieldOne (335 kr/user/mo).
- Extra onboarding is billed per hour (1,595 kr/hour) if you need help beyond the standard onboarding.
FieldService.dk pricing in 2026
FieldOne: 335 kr/user/mo excl. VAT — the cheapest publicly priced plan, but without route optimization. FieldPro (most popular): 449 kr/user/mo excl. VAT, includes route optimization among other things. Enterprise: custom pricing (contact). Minimum 3 users on all plans.
Add-on modules per user/mo on top of the plan price: PDF Documentation 59 kr, Rental 59 kr, Customer portal 89 kr, Asset Management 89 kr, Project 99 kr. Extra onboarding costs 1,595 kr/hour. Annual payment gives a 20% discount against 1 month's notice; monthly billing can be cancelled anytime.
Since FieldPro is the plan that actually matches Clientflow feature-for-feature (both include route optimization), it's the fair comparison at different team sizes:
- FieldPro, 3 users (minimum): 1,347 kr/mo — Clientflow Professional: 1,086 kr/mo (699 kr + 3 × 129 kr)
- FieldPro, 5 users: 2,245 kr/mo — Clientflow Professional: 1,344 kr/mo (699 kr + 5 × 129 kr)
- FieldPro, 10 users: 4,490 kr/mo — Clientflow Professional: 1,989 kr/mo (699 kr + 10 × 129 kr)
The gap grows with team size: at 3 users you save ~260 kr/mo with Clientflow, at 5 users ~900 kr/mo, and at 10 users ~2,500 kr/mo — and Clientflow Professional already includes a customer portal with no add-on, where FieldService charges 89 kr/user/mo on top for the same thing. If you only want core features without route optimization, FieldOne (335 kr/user/mo) is cheaper than FieldPro, but still more expensive than Clientflow Starter (496 kr/mo at 3 users: 199 kr + 3 × 99 kr), which includes route optimization from the first krone.
Alternatives to FieldService.dk
If FieldService doesn't fit, you have a few Danish options:
- Minuba — established order management platform for tradespeople, strong on wholesaler integrations, but without automatic route optimization.
- Ordrestyring.dk — simple order management for smaller tradespeople.
- Workmaker — Danish sales and order management system for broader service businesses.
- Cleanmanager — established for the cleaning industry with broader FSM functionality.
Recommendation
FieldService.dk is one of the more mature and feature-rich platforms in this comparison — a broad feature set, solid ERP integrations, and transparent plan pricing for FieldOne and FieldPro.
But the per-user add-on modules stacked on top of the plan price, the 3-user minimum, and route optimization only being available on the pricier FieldPro plan make the total bill more expensive than Clientflow at comparable functionality — and the gap grows significantly with team size. Clientflow includes route optimization and a customer portal on every plan, with no per-user add-ons for core features.
