Minuba review 2026 — pros, cons and alternatives

What is Minuba?

Minuba is an established Danish order management platform for tradespeople and service businesses. It has a free plan ('Minuba GO!') for up to 2 users, and a paid 'Minuba Plus' plan where the price is differentiated per user type and prepaid for 6, 12, 18 or 24 months.

Who is Minuba built for?

Minuba fits tradespeople with a strong focus on wholesaler ordering (AO, Stark, Flügger and more) who are comfortable with manual, visual route planning rather than automatic route optimization, and who are willing to prepay 6-24 months for the Plus price.

This review is primarily for those who either 1) run routes daily and would rather have them calculated automatically than dragged manually, 2) prefer a fixed, predictable monthly price over a user-type-differentiated price with prepayment, or 3) have outgrown Minuba GO!'s 2-user limit and need to move to a paid plan anyway.

Minuba — cons

• No automatic route optimization. Minuba offers manual, visual drag-and-drop planning — not a built-in algorithm that calculates the optimal route. GPS/driving data only comes in via third-party fleet management (e.g. Fleet Complete), not as a built-in feature. Clientflow calculates the optimal route automatically every day.
• Pricing is prepaid over several months. Minuba Plus's own published examples (587 / 2,742 / 9,088 kr/mo) are differentiated per user type and prepaid for 6, 12, 18 or 24 months — not a fixed, transparent monthly list price you can calculate without knowing your user mix and commitment period.
• The exact scope of the messaging feature isn't documented on Minuba's own pages.

Minuba pricing in 2026

Minuba GO!: free for up to 2 users. Minuba Plus: from 587 kr/mo — Minuba's own published examples show 587, 2,742 and 9,088 kr/mo, differentiated per user type and prepaid for 6-24 months. Plus has a 30-day free trial.

We don't construct a comparable 'price per user' table here, because Minuba doesn't publish a fixed per-user rate — only the three example totals above, which already depend on user type and prepayment period.

By comparison, Clientflow is plan-based with no prepayment requirement: 199 kr/mo (Starter), 699 kr/mo (Professional), or 1,199 kr/mo (Enterprise), plus from 99 kr/mo per user depending on plan — the first user included, and you can cancel any time.

Alternatives to Minuba

If Minuba doesn't fit, you have a few Danish options:

But the lack of built-in route optimization means you have to drag and plan routes yourself, and the prepaid, user-type-differentiated pricing structure makes the bill harder to predict compared to a fixed plan price. If automatic route optimization and a predictable monthly price with no commitment matter more, Clientflow is the obvious alternative.
