What is Previsto?

Previsto is a Danish company (Previsto ApS) running an English-language planning and field service platform, priced in USD per user/mo. The tool has a genuinely free plan — up to 250 tasks per month, unlimited contacts and users, 1 GB of storage — that includes route optimization, accounting integration and an API. That's unusually generous for a free tier.

We regularly hear about Previsto from prospects who found the tool through its international marketing. This review is a commercial comparison by Clientflow, based solely on Previsto's own public pages (previsto.com, /pricing, /integrations, /features).

Who is Previsto built for?

Previsto fits teams comfortable with an English-language interface and USD billing, who mainly need task management, built-in route optimization, and an API to build on themselves. Zapier and a dedicated Time Registry integration cover the general case — but Previsto doesn't name Danish accounting systems like e-conomic, Dinero or Billy on its public pages.

This review is primarily for those who either 1) ran the math on whether USD pricing and a fluctuating exchange rate make sense for a fixed operating cost, 2) need a named, direct integration to a Danish accounting system, or 3) want a native app with full feature coverage rather than Previsto's thinner app.

Previsto — pros

  • A genuinely free plan. Up to 250 tasks/mo, unlimited contacts and users, 1 GB storage, route optimization, accounting integration and API included — rarely this generous on a free tier.
  • Automatic task generation. Generates recurring tasks automatically into the future, no manual re-creation needed.
  • Built-in route optimization on both the free and paid plans.
  • REST API on all plans — including the free one. Good for technically self-sufficient teams.
  • Zapier and a dedicated Time Registry integration.
  • Passwordless login (passkey) — a modern security detail rarely seen in this space.

Previsto — cons

  • USD pricing means currency risk. Standard costs $13/user/mo, Plus $19/user/mo (min. 2 users) — both excl. VAT. Your fixed operating cost in kroner therefore moves with the dollar exchange rate month to month. Clientflow prices in fixed kr with no currency risk.
  • No named Danish accounting integration. Previsto has accounting integration included, but none of the three most-used Danish systems (e-conomic, Dinero, Billy) are named on Previsto's own pages. Clientflow has direct two-way integration with all three.
  • Native app with fewer features. Previsto has a native mobile app, but with noticeably fewer features than Clientflow's full iOS app.
  • No confirmed industry specialization. Previsto's marketing doesn't target a specific trade like window cleaning or cleaning — it's generic planning software.

Previsto pricing in 2026

Free plan: up to 250 tasks/mo, unlimited contacts and users, 1 GB storage, service agreements, route optimization, accounting integration and API. Standard: $13/user/mo + VAT. Plus: $19/user/mo + VAT (minimum 2 users), adds commission calculation among other things.

Note the prices are in USD, not DKK — Previsto is a Danish company, but its public pricing page is quoted in dollars. That means your bill in kroner shifts with the exchange rate month to month, making budgeting less predictable than a fixed kr price.

What it costs at different team sizes (original currency, USD, excl. VAT):

  • Standard, 1 user: $13/mo
  • Standard, 5 users: $65/mo
  • Standard, 10 users: $130/mo
  • Plus, 2 users (minimum): $38/mo
  • Plus, 10 users: $190/mo

By comparison, Clientflow is plan-based in fixed kroner: 199 kr/mo (Starter), 699 kr/mo (Professional), or 1,199 kr/mo (Enterprise), plus from 99 kr/mo per user depending on plan — the first user included. You know exactly what the bill will be each month, regardless of the dollar rate.

Alternatives to Previsto

If Previsto doesn't fit, you have a few Danish options:

  • Fenster — Danish, narrow focus on window cleaners. Solo plan from 99 kr/mo.
  • SkvizBiz — Danish, industry-specific for window cleaners and cleaning, with a one-time setup plus add-on modules.
  • Cleanmanager — established for the cleaning industry with broader FSM functionality.
  • Workmaker — Danish sales and order management system for broader service businesses.

Recommendation

Previsto is a solid, API-first tool with an unusually generous free plan — a good choice if you're technically self-sufficient and don't need a named Danish accounting integration.

But the USD pricing introduces a currency risk most Danish service businesses don't want in a fixed operating cost, and the thinner native app can be felt day to day for crews in the field. If you want fixed kr pricing, direct e-conomic/Dinero/Billy integration, and a fully built-out native app, Clientflow is the obvious alternative.
